  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.

  • LNSmart reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

  • We support multiple payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other options as available.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • LNSmart is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.

  • Ownership and risk of Products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Returns and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy displayed on the Platform.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the stipulated time.

8. Warranty and Service

  • Products may carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the product page.

  • LNSmart does not provide independent warranties unless explicitly stated.

  • For warranty claims, users may be required to contact authorized service centers.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
