3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used accessories (earphones, cables, chargers, cases, screen guards)

  • Software products or digital downloads

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Log in to your LNSmart account and go to My Orders.

  2. Select the order and click on Request Return/Replacement.

  3. Provide the reason and upload supporting images or videos if required.

  4. Our team will review and arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.

Products must be returned in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact.


5. Inspection and Approval

  • All returned products undergo a quality check.

  • Approval of refund or replacement is subject to successful inspection.

  • If the product fails inspection, it will be shipped back to you without a refund.


6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.

  • Replacement timelines may vary based on product and location.


7. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you provide required details.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by LNSmart.

  • In approved cases, return pickup charges (if any) will be borne by LNSmart.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment from the My Orders section.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the refund timelines mentioned above.


10. Exchange Policy

Currently, LNSmart.in does not offer direct product exchanges. You may request a return and refund, and place a new order separately.


11. Fraud Prevention

LNSmart reserves the right to:

  • Limit or deny returns from users with excessive return requests.

  • Refuse service if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.


12. Changes to This Policy

LNSmart.in may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
